This 2-Day Workshop focuses on a proven methodology for dramatically reducing time to proficiency for every job or function in your organization. This methodology is based on over twenty years of real-life experience of working with hundreds of different job across almost every industry.
The research and results for this methodology were published in two books by Steven Rosenbaum. Learning Paths: How to increase profits by reducing the time it takes to get employees up to speed (2004) and Up to Speed: Secrets of reducing time to proficiency (2018).
