Overview
Learning Paths Training is now available as a Web Conference Series that focuses on a proven methodology for dramatically reducing time to proficiency for every job or function in your organization. This methodology is based on over twenty years of real-life experience working with hundreds of different jobs across almost every industry. The Web Conference Series consists of three 3 hour sessions.
The research and results for this methodology were published in two books by Steven Rosenbaum. Learning Paths: How to increase profits by reducing the time it takes to get employees up to speed (2004) and Up to Speed: Secrets of reducing time to proficiency (2018).
