Lydia has been functioning as an independent consultant since July 2008. She has more than 26 years’ experience as an industrial psychologist and leader, working as a permanent employee for major corporate companies in South Africa. She has worked at Vodacom (a large telecommunications company) for 11 years and for the last 7 years at Vodacom Lydia has been the Head of Human Resources Development, taking responsibility for the total function and implementation of the company’s Human Capital development strategy.

Simona is an experienced human resources management specialist, and entrepreneur since 2003. Caslav is representative of Learning Path International in Serbia. He is a DOOR International master trainer on the international level and manages DOOR’s office in Serbia. Neil has over 30 years business experience, the majority of which were spent in the Automotive Sector with well-known European brands, holding senior management positions within sales and marketing, customer service, technical training and engineering disciplines.  Karen has worked in the Learning & Skills Sector for over 15 years working with leading FE and Specialist Colleges to develop their HR Strategies.  Her background in industry includes 10 years in the event and leisure sector where she organized, managed and resourced major outdoor events. As Group Director – Human Resources & Organisational Development for the Activate Learning Group, her remit includes responsibilities for all aspects of corporate and strategic HR matters and leads on Organisational Development across the group.  Under her guidance, Karen has successfully led her organizations through IIP, IiD and Best Companies Accreditation and is in wide demand as a speaker on best practice and innovation in human resource management.
